HOMEMADE SYRUP FOR DRY COUGH AND BRONCHITIS

Dry Cough and Bronchitis

A dry cough is most often the result of infection by cold and flu viruses. It can also be triggered by atmospheric pollutants (such as cigarette smoke) irritating your throat. In most of these situations, dry coughs occur because the back of your throat (or pharynx) becomes irritated or inflamed, but may also arise from deeper in the chest.

Bronchitis is a respiratory disease in which the mucous membrane in the lungs’ bronchial passages becomes inflamed. As the irritated membrane swells and grows thicker, it narrows or shuts off the tiny airways in the lungs, resulting in coughing spells that may be accompanied by phlegm and breathlessness.

Natural syrup for Dry Cough and Bronchitis

For this natural syrup, you will need a root black radish weighing 400-500 grams, honey, and a small bowl.

Procedure: The syrup is prepared at night and consumed the next day.

Wash the black radish well and dry it. If it is not flat, cut the lower part a little bit to be placed and leveled. Cut off the top as a lid and save it, because you will be needed later. Carved out the black Radish with a wall thickness of about 2 cm. In the hollow add 2 tablespoons honey (to charge a little more than half a radish). Put the top of the Radish as a lid and left it overnight.

During the night in the radish will create a medicated syrup, indispensable in treating dry cough. In the morning you can start using this balmy syrup. The syrup for dry cough should be consumed 4-5 times a day, a few minutes before eating. Adults should take one tablespoon, and children one teaspoon.

During the day the syrup will be wasted, so in the evening in the same radish again add honey and the next day I will get a tasty syrup. After 2-3 days you need to change Radish with a new one.

This curative syrup quickly relieved of dry cough.
