What you need as ingredients

  • 4 large garlic bulbs
  • 4 unpeeled organic lemons
  • 3-4 cm ginger root
  • 2 liters of Clean water

Recipe for clogged arteries preparation

First, cut the lemons into small pieces and keep them in a bowl or plate. Please do not forget to wash them!

Second, peel the garlic bulbs.

Third wash the ginger.

Now you can chose to peel the ginger or leave it as is. It is your personal choice.

Then, put everything in a blender and mix.

Empty the blender in a pot (like the one on the below picture). Add the 2 liters of water. Click on the picture if you want to have more information about the pot.

Mix the lot and put it to boil. Note you do not want to boil the mixture, but just bring it to the boiling point.

Keep stirring while the mixture is taken to the boiling point.

At boiling point, turn off your knob. Allow the mixture to cool.

 

Now you can strain the drink. Just use a strainer (medium or small depending on your preferences).

You’ll end up with 2 things. A juice and what is left of the mix.

Put the juice in a glass bottle.

You can eat the ‘mix left over’ with a little bit of honey if you want. I like it like it is, others prefer to through it in the bin. You really need to be adventurous to like this, and I am proud to say that I am one of those.

What I usually do is preparing a salad. Then add a tea spoon of the ‘leftovers’ with that and vinegar without forgetting olive oil.

Very strong flavor, but really good for my body too.

How to use the mixture?

To obtain best results, you will need to take one glass on a daily basis. Of high importance is to take your glass of clogged arteries recipe at least 2 hours before eating.

I know that you may think that garlic is one of those ingredients that is associated with a strong breath smell.

However, the large quantity of water found in the mix should neutralize this.

I am sure you know about this, but just in case, make sure you shake the bottle before filling your glass.

What does each ingredient do?

Garlic will help to fortify your body’s immune system. As such it will allow your body to prevent coughs, cold, and chest infections.

Lemons is really good for your arteries. So it prevents you from getting clogged arteries. The way it does this is by not allowing LDL-cholesterol to stick to the walls of your arteries. Hence, your blood flow is continuous.

It is known that LDL-choresterol can stick to the arteries’ walls, and if this happens then you may end up with a heart attack. So better use lemon in salads etc. too.

Ginger is the ingredient I like the most in this recipe. It eliminates you stored fat in the blood. So you understand why I like this ingredient.
