New Toothpaste Leaves Dentists Without Work!

Kazue Yamagashi, a Japanese scientist, has made an astounding breakthrough it the field of personal hygiene by inventing a white paste which fills the holes and cracks in the teeth and regenerates the tooth enamel at the same time. Needless to say, restoring the tooth enamel instead of drilling the affected part is the ultimate approach that every dentist should seek.

“We have shown that our synthetic material can reconstruct enamel without prior excavation,” Kazue Yamagishi, of the FAP Dental Institute in Tokyo, stated. In other words, this therapy spells the end to the traditional “drill and fill” dentistry.

The content of the white paste resembles tooth enamel and the only difference between the two is that the toothpaste is in liquid form. Therefore, it is extremely easy and simple to apply it to the affected area.

Hydroxylapatite, also known as crystalline calcium phosphate, is the key compound of this paste. The formula of the revolutionary invention was obtained after many experiments done on this compound and its effects.

The acid content of the paste dissolves the surface of the tooth and within three minutes of application, the paste aligns with the natural enamel, forming a smooth repair.

As shown by the series of experiments done by the Japanese dentists, this treatment is extremely efficient. The electron microscope they used showed that the paste integrated with the tooth`s natural enamel.
