1. Some individuals from the University of Florida decided to do a clever experiment on bed bugs. They put them in a petri dish and tried to find out what color they preferred.
2. As you can see, the results are quite telling. Bed bugs reacted the most at the red and black color and avoided green and yellow.
3. Why do they prefer these colors?
The scientist believes that they move towards red because red is the same color as their exterior shell and that they think is a large group of other bed bugs.
