Papaya leaf juice recipe
First, get the leaves (see the above link for this if you do not have these locally).
How to prepare the leaves – I provided you three different preparations as follows:
1- Papaya leaf juice
This is a very easy recipe. You just need to put some clean papaya leaves in a juicer Then mix them it in order to extract the juice from it.
Pour the juice in a glass bottle and store it in the fridge for 4-5 days. Now drink the juice in a small potion every day.
Note that drinking pure papaya juice is a little difficult. So I would choose another type of juice such as pineapple (or even papaya fruit juice) and mix the leaves juice with this. It is definitely more palatable.
You can also put the papaya leaves in a blender and add a cup of water. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth. The juice is ready for drinking or for storing as per the above guidelines.
2- Papaya tea
Take 2 liters of water. Add to this 10 medium-sized papaya leaves.
Now take this to boiling point (do not boil please – boiling point). Allow for about 1/2 of the water to evaporate.
Put the mixture to cool off.
When cold, drink in a small portion. You can store this tea for 5 days max in the fridge.
3- Leaf extract
You can find leaves extract in capsule form. Similarly, you can find tea leaves and tincture on the web but aim for organic type only. Many of those in the marketplace are mostly GMO. So watch. Click on the picture below if you want to see an example.
Now you have a natural method to clean your liver and increase the function of your immune system.
