I have been drinking black tea, green tea and herb tea for so many years that I think I need to tell you about this great trick to losing weight. Green tea and milk are really good if you want to lose a little bit of your ‘waistline’.

In essence, using green tea and milk is becoming more and more popular among individuals who want to lose weight. The below recipe is also highly popular when you want to maintain your current weight.
The good point about this beverage is that when you combine both milk and green tea you get a really tasty drink. This drink has the particularity to shut down your need for food.
In fact, it creates a sense of NO hunger.
In addition to this, this beverage is really good for flushing, cleansing and detoxifying your body from toxins.
I have to say that you can lose about 1 to 4 pounds of weight when you use this trick.

How to make green tea with milk and sugar?
I am sure you noticed that I mentioned sugar in the above section. Well, please do not add sugar to the below recipe. I’ll tell you why further below.
Here are the ingredients for the drink
- You need 1,5 liters of milk – Aim for fat-free milk if at all possible (you want to lose weight or no?)
- And then you need just 2 teaspoons of green tea
- You can buy the green tea at your local herbal pharmacy.
- I would advise not to use green tea from tea bags. You won’t get any results with the tea bags.
- If you are lucky enough, you may have a friend who has green tea in his garden. That’s the best.
Here is the recipe
First, take the milk to boiling point but do not boil the milk.
Second, let it cool down. Your aim is to cool it off to 70 degrees.
Third, as soon as the milk reach 70 degrees Celsius (not Fahrenheit), add the green tea in it and cover the lot with a lid.
Now, you need to wait for about 20 mins.
Strain the beverage and start drinking.
How to use the green tea and milk beverage?
The best way to use the beverage is to drink several cups throughout the day.
In an ideal world, you would drink 1 cup of tea (milk) every two hours.
As your body will start flushing toxins, you will need to drink water too. The best thing to do is to drink warm water.
The day you perform your ‘system flushing’, you would need to drink at least 2 liters of water.
Both milk and green tea are diuretics. So the more you drink, the better for you.

Can you put milk and sugar in green tea?
I just want to make this clear. For this method to work well, you should not be using sugar.
If you feel you cannot do without it, then please do use the strict minimum. Do not use white sugar.
Yes, I know, many prefer white sugar. But I can tell you that you’ll be absorbing plenty of chemicals. How can sugar from sugar cane become so white? Did you ask yourself the question?
The best sugar is the brown one. And the best solution is not to use sugar. I said my peace and I hope you’ll aim to do this.
It is not easy to drink green tea with milk without sugar. I agree. But it is better than to drink it and not lose weight.
